Home Groups

An important part of our church life is to connect people to a small group of Christians within the church who become their church family. As every member participates in a home group, they can be cared for and care for others. One of the great blessings of our small group ministry has been that people can share deeper issues and the struggles of life and be encouraged and prayed for in their groups.

Our home groups include, bible teaching, discussion, prayer, service opportunities and social events. Our experience is that people have been richly blessed by being part of a home group. The follow home groups are currently available for you to join:

  • Hamilton Hill Home Group (runs fortnightly on a Tuesday Night)
  • Southern River Home Group (runs weekly on a Wednesday Night)
  • Thornlie Home Group (runs weekly on a Tuesday night)
  • Yangebup Home Group (runs weekly on a Wednesday Night)

Ladies’ Bible Study

The Ladies’ Bible study runs fortnightly on a Thursday Morning from 9.30am–11.30am at the church building. Similar to a home group, the ladies’ bible study consists of bible teaching, discussion, prayer, service opportunities and social events. This environment also allows women to engage in conversations and discuss women related issues of life on a regular basis along with building relationships with one another.

Shed Men

Shed Men exists to encourage men to build relationships with their peers in a wholesome workshop environment. Our vision to accomplish this is by inviting men to the Canning Vale factory unit to engage in all types of projects such as mechanical repairs, metalwork and woodwork projects or just talking over a cuppa. There are kitchen and toilet facilities and adequate parking. Our only rules are no stress, no judgement and keep it clean. So come along for a look and bring a friend.
We are open 8am till 3pm, Monday to Friday.
